Four Personal Aides to Sec of State Clinton Arrested
Four of Mrs Clinton’s senior personal aides were arrested on December 17th and were accused of wire fraud, a felony which, on conviction, entitles the recipient to 20 years in jail. These operatives had been surreptitiously moving money, on the direct instructions of Mrs Clinton who, as Secretary of State, is in charge of ‘international economic development’.
The four personal aides were arrested for wire fraud, in a perfectly timed operation—as they were engaged in switching funds from the Settlements in order to finance the Copenhagen ‘infrastructure’.
Once the stolen or diverted funds upon which the intended infrastructure would depend, were not forthcoming, the conference immediately collapsed. In other words, the 'first' transactions that were to have been covered by the lusted-after accord, were intercepted.

I would suggest that it is denizens of this other reality that are referred to by the ancients as gods, and nowadays, of course they, they may refer to them as aliens. I don’t think they come from other planets. I think they are hyperdimensional beings and I think that they’ve been here for many thousands of years, if not for all of human history. Jacques Vallee referred to it as a control system. Control system, hyperdimensional reality; it’s pretty much the same thing…(P)ain and suffering is something they they feed on, that gives energy to them. Just as the movie ‘The Matrix’, said that people were in pods and their emotional energy produced energy for the system, for the machine, that they were batteries, it’s very similar, that we are, in essence, a power supply.

Federal Reserve is Bankrupt but Continues to Trade Contrary to Intl Law

It needs to be clearly understood that the United States has no Government. A cadre of criminal operatives and associates, loosely referenced among the cognoscenti as the US element of the ‘Shadow Government’ has long since hijacked the US Federal Government. This group has exploited its power from within the US Intelligence Structure by bribery, financial reward through trading opportunities, illicit creaming off the top of trades and other financial trickery.
A huge public clean-up operation needs to take place under the glare of publicity. The secretive approach should be abandoned, and the filth in the kitchen thrown out for the American people and the Rest of the World to see (and smell).
Despite the drastic action taken against the present and the former Secretaries of the US Treasury (Timothy Geithner and Henry Paulson) by the World Court-empowered enforcers of the Writ of Execution and the Lien for $47 trillion on the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve, the United States and the rest of the World continue to be held to ransom in a desperate rearguard operation ordered by George H W Bush who currently has no position in the US government.
George H W Bush & Leon Panetta Blocking Payment of Lien Settlements
At 8:50 pm New York time on 16th December, the Editor was informed by sources DEEP within the US Government that:
George H W Bush has ordered all Settlements payments to be blocked.
Mrs Barbara (Pearce) Bush is or has been complicating matters with conflicting signatures.
In violation of international law, the Director of Central Intelligence, Leon Panetta is blocking the releases of the Lien payments. Panetta, is taking instructions from George H W Bush who although a previous Director is now a private citizen with no authority. Panetta previously ran the trading programs for George H. W. Bush as did Rahm Emanuel.
The implications are that Panetta, as head of the Intelligence Power, believes that he is invulnerable and immune to the consequences of his behavior—the same mentality that resulted in the modified arrest of of the Secretary of the Treasury, Timothy Geithner, and the arrest and removal of his predecessor, Henry Paulson, to Bermuda where he can be dealt with under British jurisdiction.
The US Intelligence Power is directly and explicitly holding the United States and the entire world to ransom in exchange for the 2% fee that the ‘Box Gang’ say they are entitled to.
The ‘Box Gang’
The ‘Box Gang’ consists of 11 operatives, including Bush 41, Clinton 42, Bush 43, Hillary Clinton, Henry Kissinger, Alan Greenspan and Henry Paulson. The members of the ‘Box Gang’ had custody of a quantity of boxes measuring 2ft by 2ft by about 8 inches deep containing old US currency notes plus some gold and miscellaneous precious materials. The members had intended and expected to be paid a fee of 2% for redemption of the value of these boxes.
Because the ‘Box Gang’ members continued interfering with the payment process, they were warned by the international Writ and Lien enforcers that if they continued with their sabotage operations which consisted of each blaming other members of the gang, according to the familiar criminal ‘pass the parcel’ method—then their boxes would be seized, they would lose their lucrative 2% of the value of the boxes, and they would be prosecuted.
As a consequence of acting in violation of international law, their boxes have been removed from their custody and, after any gold and other treasure were extracted, the boxes and their contents have been destroyed.
Under US legislation passed in 2000 and ironically signed into law by President Clinton, all such materials are contraband.
The ‘Box Gang’ and the Bush Family are using their 2% fee from the contents of the Box as a pretext to hold the World to ransom until they are paid.
The real pretext for this action is that the Central Intelligence Agency is deliberately sabotaging, impeding and delaying the repayment of the $6.2 trillion LOAN to the American Government from The Queen.
US is Owned by ‘Lien Holders’
President Barack Obama is allowing this scandal to continue and has failed to impose his will and discipline upon his main subordinates, thereby associating himself with their criminality.
The President needs to reflect that he is not in the driving seat. The United States is owned by the ‘Lien holders’ who have the authority from the World Court to obtain restitution and enforcement of the Settlements.
The attitude of some at the top of the United States Government appears to remain one of insolence in the face of the World Court-approved restitution demands of the injured international community. If this persists, it will lead the entire world into a period of extreme instability brought about by the behavior of organized criminal elements at the very highest level within the US Government, aided and abetted in their criminal enterprises by their associates abroad such as Deutsche Bank and other foreign criminal institutions.

Timothy Geithner Confronted—Passport & Driver's License Removed
At 8:00 pm on Sunday 13th December, the US Treasury Secretary was instructed to divulge information, hand over certain banking codes, and to cease and desist all obstruction of the Settlements payouts. Geithner ignored these instructions which resulted in stalling the processing of payments owed to the countries and Trustees on Monday and Tuesday. Clearly, he assumed that he was above international law.
When he failed to fulfill his obligations, Mr Geithner had his rights read to him at 3:00 pm on Tuesday by the enforcement personnel of the Lien holders. His passport and driving license were confiscated, he was placed under a form of house arrest and required to wear a monitoring device at all times. This device records every word he utters and all his conversations, and identifies his whereabouts. He can go about his duties, but at the same time he is under arrest.

For some time, we have realised that Mr Geithner’s predecessor Henry M. We now understand that, as of Monday 14th December, Mr Henry M.
